REMOTE ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT
Logic Pro can provide support through a variety of applications including Windows XP's Remote  Assistance,  Remote Desktop , PC Anywhere, TeamViewer, Crossloop and many others.

Using TeamViewer, your computer can be accessed remotely.

Steps to establish a temporary  remote connection with TeamViewer:
1) Ensure that you're using Internet Explorer
2) Click this link: TeamViewer setup
3) In the popup window, click "Run"
4) Tell your Logic Pro technician the 8-9 digit ID number displayed in the TeamViewer window.

Steps to establish a permanent  remote connection with TeamViewer:
1) Call your Logic Pro technician
2) Ensure that you're using Internet Explorer
3) Click this link: TeamViewer setup
4) In the popup window, click "Run"
5) Your Logic Pro technician will guide you through the rest of the setup
